Terms and Conditions

Payment

  1. PayPal payment or telephone Visa payment only
  2. Personal or business cheques not accepted
  3. Payment only taken once we have confirmed parts are in stock or available
  4. Sorry we do not set up accounts for customers

Prices

  1. All prices exclude VAT which will be charged at the current rate
  2. We reserve the right to change prices due to suppliers increases
  3. We have no statutory obligation to sell goods at the price quoted if we are faced with price increases

Delivery

  1. 1st parcel of order is covered under charges. Additional parcels will be charged for
  2. If order exceeds 25kg or falls within certain postcodes or size limitations an additional charge may be added
  3. We regret that we are unable to post glass items or radiators due to their fragile nature.
  4. Delivery usually within 3 working days. We track all parcels sent
  5. Free delivery via our Parts Van on all orders over £35 (+VAT) within a 30 mile radius of Rockingham Landrovers
  6. All parcels must be signed for on delivery
  7. You are welcome to collect your order from our stores
  8. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12 noon the same working day

Returns

  1. All parts come with a 6 month manufacturers waranty unless otherwise stated
  2. Manufacturers / Suppliers have the final say if a part is accepted for a refund / replacement under warranty
  3. Parts must be returned in an acceptable condition e.g. clean, and in orginal packaging
  4. Incorrectly ordered parts are returnable at our discretion with a 15% re-stocking fee. Special order parts are non-returnable. If you are unsure as to whether a part will fit your vehicle please phone for advice BEFORE placing your order
  5. Any claims for damaged or unreceived goods must be sent in writing within 10 days of placing the order
  6. Any parts must be returned within 14 days of placing the order
  7. Manufacturers guarantee only covers against defective materials or workmanship, not any damage or labour claims
  8. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage
